FAST FUDGE FROSTING 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. of confectioners sugar, sifted - about 4 cups
1/2 c. cocoa, dry
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. boiling water
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, cocoa, and butter, blend; add vanilla. Frost tops and sides of 2 (8 inch) or 2 (9 inc) cakes.
