1 (14 oz.) pkg. green split peas
1 (14 oz.) pkg. alphabet noodles
1 (12 oz.) pkg. pearl barley
1 (12 oz.) pkg. lentils
1 1/2 c. brown rice
2-4 c. dry minced onion

Combine ingredients; mix well.

Makes 10 (1 1/3 cup) packets of soup mix. Store in airtight containers.
