TEX MIX SOUP 
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. red pepper
1 tbsp. butter
2 cans potato soup
1 can milk
1/2 c. taco sauce
1/2 tsp. cumin

Saute green pepper, red pepper and butter. Heat potato soup, milk and taco sauce, do not boil. Add cumin. Add 3/4 cup each white and yellow cheese.
