FRUIT COCKTAIL COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 eggs
1 med. can fruit cocktail (with juice)
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together.

TOPPING: Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans before baking. Bake at 325 degrees.
