FRUIT DIP 
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. whipping cream

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt together. Mix fruit juices together and add to dry mix. Cook in top of double boiler for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and add well beaten egg yolks and cook 5 minutes longer, stirring constantly Beat egg whites separately, add cooked mixture to egg whites, folding gently. Chill indefinitely. Beat whipping cream well and fold in at serving time.
