RAINBOW RIBBON MOLD 
5 pkg. ( 4 serving size each) Jello Brand gelatin (any 5 different flavors)
6 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream or plain/vanilla yogurt

Dissolve 1 package gelatin in 1 1/4 cup boiling water. Pour 3/4 cup into 6 cup ring mold or 9 inch square pan. Chill until set but not firm, about 15 minutes. Chill remaining gelatin in bowl until slightly thickened; gradually blend in 3 tablespoons of sour cream. Spoon over gelatin in mild. Chill until set but not firm, about 15 minutes. Repeat with each remaining gelatin, chilling dissolved gelatin before measuring and pouring into mold. Chill at least 2 hours. cut into wedges or rectangles. Makes about 6 cups or 12 servings.
