CORN IN THE COALS | |
Sweet corn (ears) 1 tbsp. butter Ice cubes - 1 cube for every ear of corn you have (same for butter) Get your grill ready - get it good and hot. Remove husks and silk from corn. Place each ear in the center of sheet of aluminum foil (make it 3 times layer and 2 inches longer than corn). Add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 ice cube in foil, twisting ends to make handles for turning. Place foil packets directly on the hot coals with tongs. Cook 10 to 15 minutes depending on size of ears, turning once. |
