FROZEN LEMON FROST PIE | |
Cover bottom of 9 x 9-inch pie pan with vanilla wafer crumbs. You may add 1/2 cup nuts if you wish. Beat until stiff - (about 10-15 minutes) : 2 egg whites 2/3 c. sugar 1/4 c. lemon juice 4 drops yellow food coloring Fold in 1 cup whipped cream and pour into pie pan. Freeze. |
