FROZEN STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg white, unbeaten
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. whipped cream
1 baked pie shell

Combine in large mixing bowl, strawberries, sugar, egg white and lemon juice. Beat until soft mounds form when beaters are raised, about 5 to 8 minutes with electric mixer. Beat cream until thick and fold into mixture by hand or with mixer at lowest speed. Spoon into baked pie shell. Freeze until firm about 4 to 6 hours.
