FROZEN STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. (10 oz. pkg.) frozen strawberries
1 c. sugar
1 unbeaten egg white
2 tsp. lemon juice
Whipping cream
Baked pie shell

First 4 ingredients: Beat at high speed until soft mounds form when beaters are raised (5 to 8 minutes). Beat 1/2 cup whipping cream until thick. Fold into strawberry mixture by hand. Spoon into baked pie shell. Freeze until firm (4 to 6 hours).
