FROZEN RASPBERRY PIE 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen raspberries
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites, room temperature
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash salt
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/4 c. chopped almonds, optional
9" pie shell, baked

Thaw berries. Save a few for garnish. Combine berries, sugar, egg whites, lemon juice and salt. Beat 15 minutes or until stiff. Fold in whipped cream and freeze until firm.
