CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Place butter and boiling water in saucepan. Add salt. Add flour. Stir until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Add eggs one at a time. Beat thoroughly after each one.

Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet about 9 per 2 cookie sheets. Bake at 450 degrees then 325 degrees 25 minutes. Do not open door first 15 minutes. Cool. Remove tops.

Fill with vanilla pudding, cooked and cooled, and whipped heavy cream mixed. Replace top. Frost with chocolate frosting.
