BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1/2 c. vinegar
1 med. red onion
1/2 lb. bacon
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. mustard
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk

Combine Eagle Brand milk with 1/2 cup vinegar, 1 egg, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 3 tablespoons mustard to make dressing.

Toss broccoli, cauliflower, cooked bacon pieces and onion together. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and refrigerate.
