CHOCOLATE COVERED COCONUT MOUNDS 
2 boxes powdered sugar
2 cans angel flake coconut
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 lb. butter, melted
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients. Roll into balls. Chill. Dip into chocolate mixture.

1 bar paraffin
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Melt chocolate and paraffin in top of double boiler. Dip balls.
