1 cup oil
3 cups fresh apples
2 cups flour
1 cup pecans
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Beat well. Add flour and mix good. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Pour in greased and floured 11 x 7 x 2-inch pan.

Bake 40 - 45 minutes. No icing is needed.
