3 c. apples (cut fine)
1 or 2 mashed bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix:

1 1/2 cup sugar, 1 stick melted butter, and 1 egg. Sift 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt, add bananas. Fold in nuts and apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 sm. can Pet milk

Boil the above for 3 to 5 minutes. Add: 1 can coconut and more nuts if you wish. Spread over cake.
