SCOTCH CHOCOLATE FROSTING | |
1/2 box powdered sugar 2 tbsp. cocoa 3 tbsp. Carnation evaporated milk 1/2 stick butter 1/2 c. nuts 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. coconut Mix butter, milk, cocoa and bring to boil. Take off heat and add sugar and vanilla. Blend until thick. Add nuts and coconut. |
