FRESH VEGETABLE MARINADE 
4 stalks fresh broccoli, broken into flowerets
8 lg. fresh mushrooms or 2 (4 oz.) cans
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. head cauliflower, broken into flowerets

Toss all vegetables. Pour on dressing and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 sm. grated onion
2 tbsp. poppy seed
