CORN CHIP TAMALE LOAF | |
1 (1 lb.) cream style corn 2 tsp. salt 1 clove garlic (minced) 2 tbsp. fat 1 1/4 cans tomatoes 24 ripe olives 1 (4 oz.) bag corn chips 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 lb. ground chuck 1 tbsp. chili powder 2 eggs (beaten) Combine corn, corn chips, salt and pepper. Saute garlic and meat in fat. Add chili powder and tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes. Combine with first mixture. Add eggs and olives. Bake in greased loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Serves 6. |
