FRUIT FREEZE 
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. crushed, drained pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. frozen, sliced strawberries (1 pkg.)
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Thaw strawberries; put sugar and pineapple on top. Add lemon juice. Fold in sour cream and freeze. Serves 10 to 12.
