FRUIT SALAD FREEZE 
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. honey
1 egg
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 can or 2 c. fruit cocktail, drained
1 c. banana slices
1/2 c. diced oranges
1/4 c. maraschino cherries
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Bring flour and honey to a boil; cook 1 minutes, stirring constantly. Beat egg; gradually stir in lemon juice, then stir in small amount of honey mixture and mix with remaining hot mixture. Let this come to a boil. Remove from heat immediately. Cool and stir in fruits and fold in whipped cream. Cut in squares and garnish with cherries that have been cut in half. Serves 6 to 8 people.
