KAHLUA FRUIT DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. kahlua liqueur
1 c. sour cream

Cream together cream cheese and Cool Whip. Add brown sugar and kahlua liqueur. Blend until sugar is melted. Add sour cream and beat until smooth and creamy. Can add 3 ounces chopped, unsalted peanuts. "The longer it sits, the better it gets." Use with assorted fruits or pound cake.
