TANGY SALAD 
3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt and pepper

Mix, bring to boil, and cool.

1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green onions, tops and all
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 can green peas (little petite peas), drained
1 can French green beans, drained
1 jar pimiento, drained

Mix all together and marinate 2 to 3 hours to bring out flavor or set in refrigerator overnight. Serves 12.
