SPINACH SALAD 
Romaine and Bib lettuce
Bean sprouts
Water chestnuts
Chopped hard-boiled egg
Bacon bits (optional)

TANGY SPINACH DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 sm. grated onion
Pepper

Combine all ingredients in a blender and leave overnight, stirring occasionally. Serve cold.
