HOMEMADE IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR 
1 3/4 c. Irish Whiskey
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle brand milk
1 c. whipping cream
4 eggs
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla

In blender, combine all ingredients, blend until smooth. Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to 1 month. Stir before serving. Return leftovers to refrigerator.
