HOMEMADE IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR
(YIELDS 5 CUPS)
 
1 3/4 c. liqueur (Irish or rye whiskey, brandy, rum, bourbon, or scotch)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping or light cream
4 eggs
2 tbsp. chocolate flavored syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 tsp. instant coffee

Combine ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Store in refrigerator up to 1 month. Stir before serving. Serve over ice.
