IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE | |
12 slices bacon (1/2 lb.) fried crisp and crumbled 1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese (4 oz.) 1/3 c. finely chopped onion 2 c. milk 1/2 c. Bisquick 4 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Heat oven to 350 degrees. In 9 to 10 inch pie plate (lightly greased) combine bacon, cheese and onion. Put remaining items in blender, cover and blend on high 1 minute. Pour over items in plate, bake until golden brown or knife comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 6 servings. |
