IMPOSSIBLE BACON QUICHE 
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion in pie plate. Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, and seasonings with electric mixer until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting. Garnish with tomato slices and bacon strips, if desired. Refrigerate leftovers. Serves 4 to 6. Also good made with Cheddar cheese.

Any sausage, smoked sausage, or ham can be used.
