BUTTERMILK
PANCAKES--REFRIGERATOR
 
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 to 3 tbsp. melted shortening
Flour

Beat eggs. Add buttermilk, soda, salt, sugar, baking powder and enough flour to make thin batter. Beat until smooth. Add melted shortening. Keep in covered container in refrigerator.
