DILLED ZUCCHINI STICKS | |
4 med. zucchini (about 1 1/2 lbs.) 3 tbsp. butter 3/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. dill weed Trim zucchini. Cut each lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips, then cut the strips into 3 inch sticks. Melt the butter in a skillet and add the salt and dill weed. Saute the zucchini in this mixture. |
