HASHED STUFFED PEPPERS 
2 green peppers
1 lb. can corn beef hash
3 tbsp. dried bread crumbs
1 tsp. horseradish
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Cut green peppers in half. Cook pepper in boiling water 5 minutes. Add pinch of salt to water. Combine hash, bread crumbs, horseradish. Pack mixture in peppers. Grease 8x8x2 inch baking dish. Pour in 2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
