CHINESE HASH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. minute rice
1 med. can Chinese noodles

Brown hamburger, add vegetables and cook slowly for 10 to 15 minutes. Add water, soups, soy sauce and rice. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove, cover and put noodles on top and bake 15 more minutes uncovered. Can substitute peas for bell pepper.
