CREAM CHEESE PASTRY 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cold cream cheese
1/4 c. cold butter (no substitutes)
2 to 3 tbsp. ice water
1 tsp. cider vinegar

Stir flour and salt; cut cream cheese and butter into pea size pieces. Using a fork, stir in water and vinegar until all dough is moistened. Using your fingers, gently knead dough just until ball forms. Flatten into disc; proceed rolling into crust.

Bake in pan at 350°F for 10 minutes.
