CHICKEN MARINADE 
1 qt. water
1/3 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 1/4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter

Bring water, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce to a boil, then add butter. Pour over chicken and marinate for about 12 hours or longer. Discard marinade and grill chicken until tender.
