SWEDISH APPLE PIE 
Apples, peeled & sliced
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 egg
1/4 c. nuts
Pinch of salt

Fill pie pan 2/3 full of peeled and sliced apples. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

In small bowl combine 3/4 cup sugar, flour, egg, nuts and salt. Pour over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
