Fill pie pan 2/3 full with sliced MacIntash apples
Sprinkle with 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 egg
Pinch of salt

Melt butter. Mix butter, sugar, egg, salt, flour. Pour over apples and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
