SWEDISH APPLE PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
2 c. canned apple pie slices
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 lb. butter

Mash apples slightly. Mix in sugar, flour and salt. Add to the apples. Add the egg and fold in the sour cream and vanilla and apples. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
