PINCH SAUCE (QUICK ITALIAN SAUCE
FOR TWO)
 
1 (8 oz.) can thick tomato sauce
Pinch of Italian spice mixture
Pinch of garlic salt
Pinch of onion salt
Pinch of celery salt
Pinch of cayenne
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

NOTE: Can add 1/3 pound lean ground beef, lightly browned.

Mix all ingredients except cheese. Cook stirring occasionally until heated through. Adjust seasonings to taste. Add cheese and mix well. Serve over pasta, fried chicken, hamburger patty or use as a dipping sauce for slices of store-bought pizza (plain) heated as an appetizer. Serves 2.
