SWEET ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1 med. onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz. minced black olives
1 c. minced green pepper
4 oz. olive oil
4 oz. tomato paste
16 oz. tomato sauce
2 lb. spaghetti noodles
1 c. chopped fresh tomato
1 qt. water
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1/2 lb. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown sausage, onions, green peppers, and olives in the oil and drain. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, chopped tomato and water mix well and simmer on low for 2 1/2 hours adding liquid as needed, let thicken to desired preference. Pour over noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese as desired. Make enough for 8 to 10 servings.
