SALMON PATE 
1 lg. can red salmon
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. green onions (chopped)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 tsp. green onion tops (chopped)
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Combine all ingredients except pecans and green onion tops. Chill overnight then shape into ball. Roll in pecans and onion tops. Chill to set. Serve with crackers.
