GRANDMA'S BAKED BEANS 
10 lbs. navy beans
2 lbs. pork hocks
2 lbs. brown sugar
5 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. bacon ends
3-4 c. dark molasses
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Soak beans overnight in morning par boil 10 minutes or until skin pops open when you blow on them. Place beans in large roasting pan, bring to boil. Add remaining ingredients. Bake, covered at 300 degrees for 8 hours adding more water if needed. Remove cover last 30 minutes of baking to brown. (This is a large batch. Recipe can be divided.) Freezes beautifully; nice to have small containers in freezer.
