BAKED BEANS | |
1 lb. dry peas, navy or kidney beans 4 tbsp. brown sugar 2 sm. onions 1/2 c. molasses 1 tsp. dried mustard 1/2 lb. salt pork Soak beans overnight. Boil for 15 minutes. Put in crock pot or bean pot. Add brown sugar, onions, molasses and salt pork. Cover with enough water. In oven 6 to 8 hours 350 degrees may have to add water from time to time. Crock pot cook on high until done. |
