SAUERKRAUT WITH SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. sauerkraut
8 oz. bacon
2 1/2 lbs. potatoes
Link sausage

Boil sauerkraut and bacon until soft. In a separate pan, boil peeled potatoes and mash. Drain sauerkraut and cut bacon into small squares and combine with potatoes into a casserole. Garnish with bread crumbs and some small squares of butter and bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees. Serve with sausage links (approximately 4 servings).
