SAUERKRAUT AND SAUSAGE SKILLET
DINNER
 
2 (16 oz.) cans silver floss sauerkraut
2 lbs. Eckrick Polska Kielbasa
2 tbsp. Mazola corn oil
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 c. diced apples

In an electric skillet, heat the oil and saute the onions and green peppers for 5 minutes. Add sauerkraut and apples. Cover and cook over low heat for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook the Kielbasa according to package directions. Top the hot sauerkraut mixture with the Kielbasa and serve. Makes 6 servings.
