SAUSAGE AND SAUERKRAUT 
1 lb. bacon (sliced or diced)
Mushrooms
Onions, thinly sliced
Polish kielbasa, sliced
Caraway seed
1 can sauerkraut
Sour cream

Cook bacon and drain. Leave some bacon fat to saute the onions, sausage and mushrooms in. Rinse sauerkraut lightly, add to above ingredients. Add sour cream and mix. Do not boil after adding cream. Eat and enjoy. Use good kielbasa.
