QUICK CHOCOLATE FONDUE 
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. evaporated milk or cream
1 to 3 tbsp. orange liquor or any other fruit flavored liquor
Fresh fruit
Pound cake or angel cake

Melt chocolate and milk or cream in heavy saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until smooth and heated. Stir in 1 to 3 tablespoons liquor of choice. Place in fondue pan over low heat. Garnish base of fondue pan with bite-size pieces of fresh fruit and also bite-size pieces of angel food cake or pound cake. Serves: 4 to 6.
