3 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/2 c. butter 2 c. confectioners' sugar 1 egg 1 med. apple, grated 1 c. raw cranberries, ground 1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 pt. heavy cream, whipped Pat graham crackers into a 12" x 7 1/2" pan. Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs for topping. Cream butter, add sugar and continue creaming until fluffy. Add egg and mix well. Place over crumbs in pan. Combine apple, cranberries, pineapple and sugar. Spread over mixture. Add vanilla to whipped cream and spread over a fruit. Sprinkle crumbs over top. Chill well. |
