BAKED CRANBERRY-ACORN SQUASH 
4 sm. acorn squash
1 c. chopped unpeeled apple
1 c. chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Cut squash in half lengthwise; remove seed. Place cut side down in 9"x13" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes; turn cut side up. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon into squash. Continue baking for about 25 minutes or until squash is tender. Makes 8 servings.
