STRAWBERRY PIE | |
1 10-oz Graham cracker crust 1 C sugar 3 tbsp. corn starch 1 qt. fresh strawberries 1 C boiling water 4 tbsp. strawberry Jell-O 1 large Cool Whip Wash berries. Boil cup of water. Mix dry ingredients, sugar, cornstarch & Jell-O. Pour boiling water into dry ingredients & cook over medium heat until thickened, about 5 minutes. Place berries in pie crust. Pour cooked mixture over berries. Place in refrigerator to chill. Top with Cool Whip. |
