6-8 red potatoes
1 lg. apple, cut up
4 eggs, boiled & sliced
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped (red)
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 pt. Miracle Whip

While potatoes are boiling make the dressing. Mix sour cream and Miracle Whip. Cut up apple in desired chunks or slices. Cut up 2 eggs, use 1 for garnish. Add chopped onion and celery. Red onion gives a little added color. Mix well with other ingredients. Season with pepper and salt as desired. I only use pepper. This will fill a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. All ingredients may be adjusted for smaller portions.
